The last several months have been exciting ones for our campaign. My pro-life legislative package received nationwide attention, I continued to tour the state meeting with and listening to Alabama workers, and I am the only candidate for governor to produce a credible jobs plan, titled Putting Alabamians Back to Work.
The campaign continues to grow as more people join the campaign leadership teams we are assembling across the state, and we are continuing to flesh out our campaign headquarters staff.
Dr. David Lanoue, Chair of the University of Alabama’s political science department recently stated “I do think that Dr. Bentley’s stature will grow over the course of the campaign, and he will emerge as a more serious, competitive candidate.” However, it will take more than kind words to win.
