Robert Bentley for Governor 2010

This morning I voted to fully fund the Alabama Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (PACT) program.  However, the real credit for drawing attention to the issue and ensuring PACT is fully funded goes to all the Alabama parents and grandparents who called their State Representatives and Senators to resolve this issue.  It is exactly the way that citizens should be engaged in our civic progress.  I also want to give special thanks to Patti Lambert of Save Alabama PACT & Dr. Richard Huckaby for their efforts to help parents and grandparents organize in support of fixing the PACT.
